OUR STORY · EST. 1993

A firm built for clients
whose financial lives demand precision.

For over three decades, CorpFi has specialized in the gap between what high-income professionals earn and what most coverage actually protects.

Corporate Financial, Inc. was founded in 1993 on a straightforward conviction: the physicians, executives, and business leaders who drive our economy face income risks, liability exposures, and estate complexities that generic insurance brokers are not equipped to address. Thirty years later, that conviction remains the foundation of everything we do.

We are an independent, nationally licensed firm with practice areas spanning physician income protection, executive benefit programs, commercial lines, private client insurance, and group benefits — each led by advisors who have spent their careers in that specialty, not generalists rotating between product lines. Our independence means we are accountable to our clients alone. We hold relationships with all major carriers across each discipline and are bound by no single company's product shelf.

Our client base includes attending physicians across more than a dozen specialties, C-suite executives at private and publicly traded companies, physician-owned medical practices, and high-net-worth families with complex multi-state asset profiles. We also serve some of the nation's most recognized hospital systems and healthcare institutions — bringing the same rigor and discretion that large organizations demand to every engagement, regardless of size.

CorpFi advisors hold specialty designations that are earned, not purchased — including the CPRIA (Certified Private Risk and Insurance Advisor) designation and membership in the Million Dollar Round Table at the Top of the Table level, a distinction held by fewer than one percent of insurance professionals worldwide. We are proud members of the Personal Risk Management Association (PRMA), whose standards of practice and professional community reflect our commitment to the clients we serve.

We are headquartered in Miami, Florida, and serve clients nationally. Every engagement begins with a conversation — and every conversation is treated with the confidentiality our clients expect.

A note from our founder

“We started this firm because we believed that physicians, executives, and high-net-worth individuals deserved advisors who understood their world — not generalists offering standard policies to non-standard lives. That belief hasn't changed. What has changed is the depth of our expertise, the breadth of our carrier relationships, and the complexity of the problems our clients bring to us. We are proud to be the firm they trust with what matters most.”

Who we serve

Physicians

Attending physicians across all specialties — from residents securing their first own-occupation policy to established practitioners with complex multi-policy programs requiring coordinated review.

Executives

C-suite and senior leaders at private companies, health systems, and professional services firms — seeking supplemental disability, executive benefit structures, and coverage that reflects their actual compensation.

Private client

High-net-worth individuals and families with homes, collections, watercraft, and liability profiles that standard personal insurance was never designed to address — served by CPRIA-designated advisors.

Medical practices

Physician-owned groups and independent practices requiring coordinated commercial lines, group benefits, medical liability, and partner-level individual coverage — managed as a single integrated program.

Hospital systems

Large healthcare institutions including nationally recognized health networks — served with the rigor, reporting, and strategic benefits management that organizations of their scale and complexity require.

Businesses

Professional services firms, executive-led companies, and private equity-backed organizations requiring commercial property, liability, D&O, cyber, and management liability programs built around their actual risk profile.
